W związku z wchodzącymi z dniem 25 maja 2018 r. przepisami z zakresu ochrony danych osobowych zwanych Ogólne Rozporządzenie Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. o ochronie danych osobowych (dalej „RODO”) przekazujemy Państwu informacje w jakim celu i jak są przetwarzane Państwa dane osobowe.

Dodatkowo informujemy, że:

 

• Mają Państwo prawo dostępu do swoich danych, ich poprawiania, żądania ich usunięcia. Od 25.05.2018 r. będzie również prawo do ograniczenia przetwarzania, wniesienia sprzeciwu co do przetwarzania swoich danych osobowych i prawo ich przenoszenia. Przysługuje Państwu wniesienie skargi do organu nadzorczego, jeżeli Państwa dane są przetwarzane niezgodnie z wymogami prawnymi.

1. Dane, które są zbierane służą do identyfikacji użytkownika i kontaktu z nim. Dane do jednoznacznej identyfikacji to: adres email i nazwa użytkownika. Dane dobrowolne: imię, nazwisko, data urodzenia, zainteresowania, o sobie itp.
2. Dane są przetwarzane na stronach domeny Drogowskaz.pl.
3. Dane osobowe wraz z serwisem Drogowskaz.pl utrzymywany jest na zaufanych i pewnych serwerach.
4. Dane nie są nikomu udostępniane z wyłączeniem zaufanych pracowników, firm hostingowych,  obowiązków prawnych, np. organy ścigania, Sądy itp.
5. Dane są przechowywane do czasu istnienia konta w serwisach domeny Drogowskaz.pl. Usunięcie konta wraz z artykułami usuwa również wszelkie ślady istnienia danego Użytkownika w Drogowskaz.pl.
6. Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane przez czas niezbędny na wykazanie prawidłowości wykonania wynikających z Umowy obowiązków Administratora na rzecz Użytkownika. Okres ten odpowiada długości okresu przedawnienia roszczeń.
7. Każdy użytkownik, w każdej chwili ma dostęp do swoich danych poprzez swój panel użytkownika w Drogowskaz.pl. Mogą one zostać również udostępnione na żądanie mailowe.
8. Każdy Użytkownik może w każdej chwili samodzielnie lub poprzez zlecenie tego faktu mailem edytować, usunąć lub zażądać usunięcia swojego konta oraz wszelkich danych osobowych z Drogowskaz.pl.

 

Nie sprzedajemy i nie udostępniamy osobom trzecim danych personalnych czy adresowych użytkowników serwisu Drogowskaz.

Dane Osobowe

W czasie korzystania z serwisu Drogowskaz możesz zostać poproszony o podanie niektórych swoich danych osobowych poprzez wypełnienie formularza lub w inny sposób. Dane, o które będziesz proszony, to w większości przypadków imię i adres e-mail.
Jeśli chcesz umieszczać artykuły jako Autor – będziesz poproszony oprócz imienia i adresu email także o nazwisko. Imię i nazwisko wyświetlają się przy tytule artykułu, którego jesteś autorem. Mail jest potrzebny do zalogowania się. Inne dane w formularzu rejestracji autorów są dobrowolne.

Subskrypcja bezpłatnych kursów, raportów, czasopism oraz powiadomień i newsletterów

Zaprenumerowanie elektronicznych i bezpłatnych czasopism, wymaga podania w odpowiednim formularzu swojego imienia i adresu e-mail. Pola te są obowiązkowe.

Uzyskane w ten sposób dane są dodawane do listy mailingowej. Adres e-mail jest niezbędny do tego, aby można było wysłać danemu Użytkownikowi powiadomienia, elektroniczne czasopisma (newsletter, ezin). Imię pozwala nam zwracać się do Użytkowników po imieniu.

Niezapowiedziane Wiadomości

Zastrzegamy sobie prawo do wysyłania niezapowiedzianych wiadomości osobom, których dane kontaktowe posiadamy i które zgodziły się z Polityką Prywatności.

Pod pojęciem niezapowiedzianych wiadomości rozumiemy informacje odnoszące się bezpośrednio do serwisu, czasopism, usług i produktów (np. zmiany, wewnętrzne promocje), niekomercyjne listy (np. życzenia, komentarze osobiste itp.) oraz informacje komercyjne, których rozsyłka została opłacona przez klientów.

Dane osobowe podane w serwisie przy okazji wysyłania komentarzy do artykułów, odpowiedzi na forum itp. są dostępne dla wszystkich odwiedzających strony zawierające te dane. Nie mamy możliwości zabezpieczenia Was przed osobami prywatnymi lub firmami, które te dane wykorzystają do przesłania Wam nieokreślonych informacji. Dlatego dane te nie podlegają Polityce Prywatności.
